Another Demi Lovato Fansite News

Sorry, I like to have creative and funny titles, but this was the best I got on for this one.
Anyway, I’ve uploaded are a few shots of Demi at the APFED Gala.

I don’t exactly know why, but I’ve noticed that the girl looks great with brown hair, and well… not as good with black hair. I’m not exactly sure where the shade distintion lies, but it’s interesting to me at least.

I hope you all enjoyed my title.
In an upcoming episode of Sonny With A Chance, Chad hires Selena’s character to play the role of Sonny in a movie he is producing about his life.

Also, Tawni is fooled by a fake Nico and Grady.
The episode, “Battle of the Networks’ Stars” is set to premiere Sunday, June 7 @ 8:30PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.

So in “The Heartbreak Kid” Sonny decides to set up her teacher (Joy) and producer (Marshall).

But I’m not sure that Tawni is on board with the plan.

LOL. I love that cap. Anyway, it works out great… at first.

And it looks like Tawni’s feeling better now.

But as one might interpret from the title, Sonny has to break them up or eat worms. Okay, maybe that’s not that obvious, but it’s what happened.
The problem is, Joy and her cats are really happy with Marshall.

Fortunately, Chad has a plan. A plan that requires Sonny to go with him to lookout point.

“Isn’t that a date place?” It sure is Sonny. Chad doesn’t help for free, ya know. But at least the plan is fool proof. I mean, if it works in MacKenzie Falls it’ll work in real life.

Poor Nico and Grady. They got the short end of the stick. Or I guess the long end is what Joy hit them with. Whatever.

So… I’m slowly getting into Twitter. I’m still skeptical about the idea of writing my own tweets (Do I do anything interesting? LOL) but I’m finding it a valuable tool to follow what others are doing.
I mean, I didn’t know Demi was preforming in Peru.

Or that there is a Chuck Norris Pez dispenser (Demi is a fan, clearly).

I also didn’t know that Debby Ryan and Jennifer Stone knew each other. Let along do stuff together.

And while I’m at it, Here’s Debby with a traffic cone she (okay, her driver) ran over.

Ashley Tisdale took a picture with Davey Morris from @92profm in Providence, RI on her publicity tour.

Oh, and Aly & AJ where at some party. Those girls are cryptic. And have a bad case of red eye. LOL

“Sonny and the Studio Brat” was a fun episode. We got to meet the head of the studio and his, err, charming daughter.
I loved Tawni’s “selfless” act at the beginning of the show where she saved Sonny so her show wouldn’t be canceled. And I couldn’t help but wonder if shows ever are canceled because a cast member ticks off the wrong person…

Random things I liked: LOL cheese pants,

that poor gnome, the basement was rockin’,

“I can see you Chad.”

Chad had some good lines in this episode, “Because if you where important enough you’d have the number to the phone I actually answer” “I answered the wrong phone again?” “I so need a third phone” “So you can see how busy I am”

But as usual, sonny has the best line of the show: “He still thinks Miley and Hannah are two different people.”
Sonny got a little tied up at one point. I don’t know how that little girl managed that. LOL!

Tawni had way too much fun with Chad. Or rather, at his expense!

And I guess that’s about it for this episode.
But here’s one more. Sonny in yellow.

Disney has released a DVD double pack of Dadnapped and Hatching Pete. My guess is they’re worried that people wouldn’t buy both, so they slapped the two togetherness and raised the price slightly. Smart move, IMO.
Check it out:

And if you’re wondering, they’ve already announced the Princess Protection Program DVD!

Anyway, I’ll have to get both of course. What follows is press release from Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment about the Dadnapped and Hatching Pete DVD.
Fans get double the laughter and two times the fun when Disney Channel Original Movies Dadnapped and Hatching Pete arrive on DVD on May 12, 2009 from Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment. For the first time ever, two full-length movies featuring some of the network’s favorite young stars come together in a single disc for one low price! Dadnapped and Hatching Pete will provide viewers with hours of wholesome, hilarious entertainment, as well as a bevy of exclusive bonus features not available anywhere else.
Top-flight Disney Channel talent shines in a pair of the network’s signature productions as Emily Osment, star of the hit Disney Channel series, Hannah Montana, and David Henrie of Wizards of Waverly Place headline Dadnapped, an action-packed, thrill-a-minute comedy. Then a pair of tween faves rules the roost when Jason Dolley, of Cory in the House and Minutemen, and Mitchell Musso, of Hannah Montana, star in the screwball comedy Hatching Pete, a tale of fame, friendship and “fowl” play.
In Dadnapped, fourteen year-old Melissa (Emily Osment) is struggling with a unique kind of sibling rivalry. To get her father Neil’s (George Newburn) attention, she has to compete with teenage spy Tripp Zoome, the main character in her father’s best selling novels. Her dad spends so much time on his imaginary son’s exciting missions that even Melissa’s special daughter-dad vacation gets interrupted by a promotional event for Neil’s newest book. But when Neil is abducted by overzealous fanboys and falls into the clutches of a pair of sinister brothers, the fictional Tripp can’t save him and Melissa will have to try to channel her “inner Zoome” to rescue her dad.
A bashful high school student finds fames as a high-flying poultry impersonator in Hatching Pete. Pete’s (Jason Dolley) best friend Poole (Mitchel Musso) wants to keep up his family’s longstanding tradition of playing their high school mascot, the Chicken, but Poole is allergic to the costume. Pete agrees to stand in for his pal, but only on the condition that his identity remains a secret. The anonymity of the Chicken suit gives Pete the freedom he’s always dreamed of and a whole new personality emerges. His unexpectedly outrageous antics make the Chicken an instant celebrity— except no one knows it’s Pete. As Poole reaps the benefits of his pal’s talent, Pete must decide if it’s time to reveal that he’s the man behind the beak.

“With a Chance of Dating” was a very good episode. I again enjoyed seeing Tawni and Sonny getting along. Especially since Tawni can care about Sonny and still retain her inherent Tawni-ness. And of course, it’s now pretty clear that Chad likes Sonny. but I don’t think she likes him back, yet.
That said, why was Sonny dressed as a teapot? Does she not change before lunch? LOL

Maybe it’s just me, but I wouldn’t ever want to eat frozen yogurt directly from the machine.

We also know that Sonny is easily impressed. I mean, $40 worth of flowers and she comes around? Tawni certainly can’t believe it!

Zora actually had a part in this episode, even thought it was as a character. LOL

Looks like sonny’s having a good time on her date.

…never mind.

Cute when she’s mad? Psh, dude, Tanwi’s always cute.

Not even Chad can believe this guy!

Sonny and Chad are having way to much “fake” fun.

Wait, go back to before!

I love Chad’s reaction to the fake kiss. It’s like “What are you doing!? Not that I’m complaining”
And after all that, I think Chad came out ahead. Well… he did get his phone back at least.

There’s a new game on the official Disney Channel Website called Snack Cart-a-pult.

Jillian Murray (Portlyn) is featured in the game, and writing on her official facebook she said the following about it: “LMFAO!!!!!!!!” I agree completely Jillian!
The game involves catching prop food, (hey look, Tawni and Sonny working together)

And then dropping it on Chad and Portlyn.

Of course, Chad and Portlyn don’t take that lying down, and things get more complex as you play along. Check it out.
